Most jobs we can price straight away; some need a quick scoping call first. Either way: no hard sell, no obligation, and you choose whether we talk before or after the numbers.

03 · Good to knowWho actually owns the site?
You do, outright. The build is a one-off you pay for and own — the monthly covers hosting and care, nothing more. If you ever want to take your site elsewhere, it's yours to take.
What platform is it built on — WordPress?
No. We hand-build fast, accessible sites without the plugin sprawl that makes WordPress slow and fragile. You don't have to learn anything or log into a dashboard — you just email us a change and it's done.
I've already got a website. Can you move it?
Usually, yes. We'll rebuild it properly, keep what's working, and migrate your content and domain across with no downtime you'll notice. Tell us the current address in your quote and we'll take a look.
How many changes can I ask for?
Your care plan includes a set amount of edit time each month — an hour on Professional, three hours on Premium — and on those plans you just email the change and we make it. Anything bigger, we'll quote upfront. No surprise hours, ever.
Will my site show up on Google?
We build every site to be found — clean, fast, accessible, with the basics of SEO done properly — and we set up your Google Business profile and submit the site to search at launch. We won't promise a number-one ranking; anyone who does is guessing.
How do I pay?
The build is split 50/50 — half to start, half on launch. The monthly care plan runs by Direct Debit and starts when your site goes live. Builds are invoiced by card; the care plan runs on a 12-month minimum, then rolls monthly.
What if I want to cancel the care plan?

Do I need to be local?
Not at all. We're Midlands-based but work with businesses right across the UK — same time zone, a real person on the phone, everything handled remotely. If you are local, we're happy to meet in person.
What about the domain?
Already have one? We'll point it at the new site, no charge. Need one? We'll find good options and prices and register it for you — it's the one cost we confirm with your quote, since it depends on the name itself (most run £10–40/yr).
How long does it really take?
Most sites are live within a fortnight of starting; a simple one-pager can go up the same week. Bigger builds with a shop or custom features take a little longer — we'll give you a realistic date upfront, not a vague “few weeks”.
